About

01-2009

Studio DAT DAT DAT was founded by Andreas N. Fischer in 2008, after his graduation from the Berlin University of the Arts.
A N F works as an artist / designer / director creating music videos, short films and installations. His work has been exhibited nationally and internationally at museums, galleries and festivals.

His main tools are generative systems, computer graphics, making use of both proprietary and custom software. A N F appropriates found 3d objects („digital readymades“) to create moving collages, governed by physical simulations and deterministic randomness. He conceives, designs and animates flickering imagery for spatial and time-based media.

A N F founded and co-organizes Faux Images, a gathering of like-minded directors, designers and artists working with moving images in Berlin.

A N F is a part of the Berlin-based art collective ChopChop.
